(PMeV) is the German association for PMR services, and comprises leading providers and users of communications systems for professional mobile applications – including manufacturers, systems and applications houses, operators, and users. Focusing on the optimisation of value-adding processes within user organisations, the PMeV provides a forum for dialogue with market partners, policy makers, authorities, and institutions. Drawing on its experience with analogue (conventional mobile radio, MPT1327) and digital (TETRA, DMR) PMR systems and professional digital paging the association draws up future-oriented utilisation concepts. At the same time, it gives consideration to complementary technologies such as WiMAX and other broadband standards, and integrates these to create complete communications solutions. |
